Everyone of us like to be a healthy person.We should eat a balanced diet to maintain a healthy lifestyle.And keep away from vices that could harm us.Don't smoke cigarette and don't drink alcoholic drinks to have a better life.
People who don't have any vices stay healthy and they live longer.And because of that they can do their job easier and faster.And they avoid eating high cholesterol that can cause hypertension.foods that contain too much salt can cause kidney stone.So we need to eat nutritious foods to attain a proper nutrition for our body.
